Senior AssociateDavid is a key member of the Firm's Intellectual property essentially handling the registration, renewal procedures trademarks and Patents for a vast array of international clients.
He advises on telecommunications and Media law, commercial transactions, creation of business entities and general statutory compliance in matters related to investments.
David has acted as World Bank consultant on the following projects on Doing Business:-Incorporation of companies in Cameroon under the OHADA Legislation;
-Overview of Cameroon Labor/employment laws, 2002;
-Labor Regulation: Hiring and Firing under the Cameroon Labor Code (2004);
-Corporate Governance Project (general overview and cases) based on OHADA laws (2004);Education
