Senior AssociateLaurent is an experienced legal practitioner and has represented a wide range of clients ranging from multi-national corporations, banks, financial institutions and international law firms.
He advises on corporate finance, project finance and all aspects of Cameroonian litigation practice and procedure. His areas of specialization include labor law, commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, corporate recovery and insolvency, company and partnership disputes and has acted as backed research counsel for world bank projects.Laurent has handled a wide variety of commercial litigation and white collar criminal litigation and represented major financial institutions in litigations, sales and joint ventures.
Laurent is a core member the firm's Labour practice, labour restructuring and general corporate labor issues including work permits for the expatriate clients.Examples of corporate finance, energy and techonology clients that Laurent has assisted are:
