The firm is actively involved in the Cameroon Energy and Natural Resources sector where our attorneys have acted for a number of North American, British, French and Cameroonian clients; advised on all aspects of Cameroonian law with respect to Oil & Gas, Power and Public Utilities.
In the past several years alone, our energy and project finance attorneys have participated in transactions involving the building of an 80 MW heavy fuel fire thermal power plant in Limbe, near Douala, Cameroon as well as asset backed financing of SONARA (National Oil Refinery Company of Cameroon) by Société Générale Banque, Paris.
