Paul T. JING, Esq.
Founder
Paul is the founder of the firm and heads the English Commercial and Corporate Practice of the firm. He also oversees corporate finance, foreign investment and the Intellectual Property Practice of the firm which is growing exponentially. Paul is a World Bank Consultant and as corporate attorney, he assists major corporations seeking Reorganizations, Restructurings, Acquisitions and Divestitures. His portfolio includes Debtors, Senior Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Creditors' Committees, Syndicated Banks, Foreign Investors, Acquirers and Financial Advisors.

Paul has assisted a vast array of the foreign investors to acquire businesses and consolidate investments in Cameroon . He carries out a wide range of due diligence work for foreign lenders, foreign investors, advising on Regulatory issues, Compliance, Foreign Direct Investment, Real Estate and regulatory framework of Utilities and his general areas of practice are inclusive but not limited to:
Corporate, International Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, Securities, Civil and Commercial Litigation.

Mobile Telecommunications – Participated in the assistance of MTN International throughout its successful bid process, negotiation of subsequent license agreement with State of Cameroon, take-over of Camtel Mobile and corporate consolidation and labor restructuring process of MTN Cameroon( New entity).
1999-2000
Rubber Industry – Participated in the assistance of GMG/Panwell Group during the Negotiation of share transfer agreement between state of Cameroon, the take-over of Hevecam and corporate consolidation in Cameroon .
1998
Asset backed Finance –of Telecomm Industry Telecom participating in the assistance of borrower MTN Cameroon Ltd in a Euro100Million financing by Standard Bank, FMO and Citibank.
2001-2002
Participated in the assistance to the International Finance Corporation IFC and Caisse Française de Développement (CFD) and PROPARCO in financing of Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, Sugar and Palm oil industries.
2000-2002
Teamed with other local and foreign counsels to assist Lenders, Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund ( EAIF), FMO, Fortis Bank in the US$ 50 Million financing of the AES Sonel SA thermal Power Plant in Limbe, Cameroon
