Paul T. JING, Esq.
Founder |
Paul is the founder of the firm and heads the English Commercial and Corporate Practice of the firm. He also oversees corporate finance, foreign investment and the Intellectual Property Practice of the firm which is growing exponentially. Paul is a World Bank Consultant and as corporate attorney, he assists major corporations seeking Reorganizations, Restructurings, Acquisitions and Divestitures. His portfolio includes Debtors, Senior Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Creditors' Committees, Syndicated Banks, Foreign Investors, Acquirers and Financial Advisors.
Paul has assisted a vast array of the foreign investors to acquire businesses and consolidate investments in Cameroon . He carries out a wide range of due diligence work for foreign lenders, foreign investors, advising on Regulatory issues, Compliance, Foreign Direct Investment, Real Estate and regulatory framework of Utilities and his general areas of practice are inclusive but not limited to:
Corporate, International Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, Securities, Civil and Commercial Litigation. |
