SAMGENA DAIGA GALEGA (Ph.D)
Consultant

Dr. SAMGENA Galega is a corporate consultant with extensive experience and operates on a part time basis within the commercial and corporate and insurance practice of the firm. He assists in international business transactions requiring specialist advise under OHADA and is a fully qualified professional Arbitrator/jurist having awards for academic excellence dating as far back as 1985. He is currently Vice Dean in the faculty of Social and Management Sciences of the University of Buea and heads the teaching research within the faculty.

SAMGENA is also Secretary to Commonwealth Legal Education of West Africa and Director of Commonwealth Legal Education Research Center of Cameroon and has personally organized and participated in seminars geared towards the exploring, adapting and reviewing of the OHADA laws within the signatory states.

SAMGENA consults within the firm on all issues requiring specialized doctrinal opinion on commercial/ corporate law, consumer and product liability, international transactions and white collar criminal offences, all of which are areas of the law he has deeply researched on and taught at the university level.
