He also oversees corporate finance, foreign investment and the Intellectual Property Practice of the firm which are growing exponentially. He assists major corporations seeking Reorganizations, Restructurings, Acquisitions and Divestitures. His portfolio includes Debtors, Senior Secured and Unsecured Creditors, Creditors' Committees, Syndicated Banks, Foreign Investors, Acquirers and Financial Advisors. Paul is a Legal Consultant of the World Bank.

Laurent is an experienced Barrister and has represented a wide range of clients ranging from multi-national corporations, banks, financial institutions and international law firms.
He advises on all aspects of Cameroonian litigation practice and procedure. His areas of specialization include labor law commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, corporate recovery and insolvency, company and partnership disputes.

Dr. SAMGENA Galega is a corporate consultant with extensive experience and operates on a part time basis within the commercial and corporate and insurance practice of the firm. He assists in international business transactions requiring specialist advise under OHADA and is a fully qualified professional Arbitrator/jurist having awards for academic excellence dating as far back as 1985. He is currently Vice Dean in the faculty of Social and Management Sciences of the University of Buea and heads the teaching research within the faculty.
